How do you decide which ideas turn into real activities and groups?

After you’ve shared your idea and submitted it to us, the Lively Pittsburgh team approves appropriate ideas for the community to support. Once the community has been given a chance to show their support (get your friends and family to vote!), we decide whether there is enough interest to make it happen.

This will give you a pop up with a link to the event that you can paste into your browser, post on your social media, email to contacts, or share it however you choose.

Some ideas happen with as few as 4-6 participants (for example: a night in the Cultural District to see a performance, a daytrip to a neighboring park, dinner and drinks at a new restaurant). Others may require 15 or more (for example: an exercise class, teaching an interest or hobbyist group).

Between our network of agency partners and the Lively community members, we have the experience, skills, and resources to help you turn your ideas into reality.
